Auctioneer and owner David Lee and his staff provided the best possible experience for my family. After losing my husband I was extremely overwhelmed with the amount of personal property my husband had. I didn't know where to turn. The thought of a garage sale was overwhelming. I didn't know what some of the tools and equipment were worth, and I worried I would be taken advantage of if I sold everything myself. I called Dave. He came in, assessed the situation, and we came to a agreement on the time frame for an auction to be held. The staff of Hill Country Auction came in and cleaned and organized everything. They took care of all the advertising, too!

Auction day came and so did the buyers! I was amazed at the number of people who showed up. Then the auction began. Do you remember the real auctions? The ones with the real auctioneers who have a chant? And they talk really fast? He does that! And people love it! It was really a lot of fun! To top it off the gross sales on my auction day far exceeded my expectations!

I found HCAA easy to work with, professional, and they do what they say they are going to do. Dave was very honest and easy to work with. I highly recommend David Lee and his auction company - Hill Country Auction and Appraisal! First Class!
