i.e., A local favorite, or highly recommended becauseI have used this plumber several times. Each time I have used him he has done fantastic work. I always get several estimates for the job I need done and have learned that their price is very fair. As a result I have had them do work in two houses that I own. I have never had a problem. The price is good, the work is done and up to code. They are neat while they work and if a mess is created it is always cleaned up. The guys who come to do the work re very knowledgeable and if they have any questions asways make sure they ask them so the work is done the way I want it. I highly recommend having work done by this plumber. They are nice and very patient as my son always like to watch the work being done and always has a million questions.

very disappointed in the price charged. was told one price on the phone, but after arrived it was of course much more serious. the bill ended up being almost 6 times what i was told on the phone. i asked someone else later in the plumbing field about the job and was told the work was probably not needed. the original quoted price and service should have resolved the issue. though the work was done (i guess), it apparently was not necessary.

Joe Hitchen's Plumbing is the best plumbing servive I had ever used; I would reccommend them to anyone in the Burlington or Camden county area of New Jersey. The plumber working for the company was on time, efficient, and very courteous (his name was Charles, I believe). Charles did a fantastic job unclogging the sewer that was backed up in my house; he really knew his stuff and finished the job in a reasonable amount of time. If you call to get a plubing job done at Joe Hitchen's Plumbing, be sure to ask for Charles.

Typical plumber - took a little over an hour to replace kitchen sink drain/trap and then charged for two hours because "he went into the 2nd hour". Did a lot of talking and used the bathroom before calling in to say he was finished and get a price. Personal cell phone kept going off but at least he didn't answer it.
