My wife had her truck inspected here. They failed it due to a bad outer right front tie rod. Replaced the tie rod with a brand new one and had it reinspected. They failed it again for the same reason. I called up there and told them i just replaced it. The guy on the phone puts me on hold and asked the mechanic about it. The mechanic said he had to look at the paperwork again and said it was the left front tie rod. Clearly, on the paperwork it says failed due to a bad right front tie rod. These guys are up to no good. Made a report with the state trooper.

We were given a price estimate of $170 to have wheel bearings replaced. When we went to pick up the car, he changed the price to $170 PER tire. So our total bill was almost $500. When we questioned the price difference, he claimed he was clear initially that it was $170/tire plus parts. We will never return here.

This is a full service garage. Very competent and professional. I have used them as my mechanic for the past four years and they give excellent service at a fair price. They can replace a engine or transmission, deal with engine service lights or computer issues, any kind of auto repair, perform factory service, and Virginia State Inspections. Highly reccomended. They keep me running!
