My husband and I had a number of contractors out to our house. Insta-Dry, B-Dry, and these guys Homespec. We had water coming in our wall from 4 cracks in our foundation. The guy from Insta-Dry told us that our drains around the house were clogged and ineffective. He told us it would be $8400 to do some inside system. He gave my wife and I some long presentation and wanted us to sign a contract right then. The B-Dry guy did just about the same thing but tried adding more stuff we didn't need. Homespec Basement Doctors gentleman, Brian, came in and listened to what we said was wrong, gave us a simple explanation of why it was happening and how they could fix it, quoted us only $1270 and gave us a lifetime warranty. We obviously had them fix it. His technician Matt was out the next day and the big thaw we just had proved that he was right. NO WATER!!!! Thank you Brian and Matt.
