Homeward Bound Animal Hospital is by far the best Vet clinic I have ever dealt with. Dr Pfaff and the entire staff are totally invested in the health and care of my very medically challenged Shih Tzu. They are caring, professional, and have a very personal touch. The clinic has a very homey feel to it as it is a converted house. The knowledge that Dr. Pfaff has is amazing and she and the staff have not only been very caring to my older dogs, they are now going above and beyond care for my new puppy. I can't thank them enough! I would highly, highly recommend this clinic to anyone!

I just took my cat to Homeward Bound and had an absolutely lovely experience. Both Dr. Keri Jones and her assistant were amicable, and obvious pet-lovers, as well as knowledgeable, experienced professionals. Their clinic is clean, modernly equipped and conveniently located. My cat, Justice was treated like the dear friend and member of my family that he is. His tapeworm (a rare condition here) was expertly identified and treated without charge for an unnecessary fecal exam (I provided his stool sample). They were very thorough in Justice's exam, and even suggested we update his vaccinations (which I had forgotten to ask about). I was impressed at how Dr. Jones handled Justice with such obvious compassion and love, as if he were her own pet. I was even able to order the medication online from their website. Wonderful people, awesome place. Hopefully we won't need to return any time soon, but I definitely consider Dr. Jones Justice's new Doctor.

Took our cat to this very cold and rude "vet". It was obvious they do not see many cats much less like them. They charged us a small fortune and never really knew what was wrong with her foot. The staff person was about as warm as an ice cube and sucked us in and happily took our money. This seemed to be their only goal, not our suffering cat. The problem still is not solved. So, we wil be taking her to a vet who knows and understands cats. One who actually cares about her and us as the guardians. The only reason we went there was proximity to our house. Be smart, do not take your felines to this vet. They will not treat your pet nor you with much respect, but will gladly take your money.Thanks. ps: protect your cat!

Before we found Homeward Bound, we had taken our dog to our normal vet the previous day for a leg injury. At the old vet's office, we were treated very rudely and the doctor was rough with my hurting doggie. Our excellent experience at Homeward Bound totally made the stress and disappointment of the previous day seem like a blessing in disguise. The office is a cozy converted house that's absolutely immaculate. I mean, they treat our furry friends there, but I don't think you could find so much as a hair hiding in a corner. The staff were very nice, gentle and thorough. I've actually never had a vet tech succeed in getting my dog's temp before until now! Dr. Jones is very knowledgeable and compassionate, specifically in areas of pain management. She got down on the floor with my dog and fed her duck jerky during the exam, greatly reducing my poor pooch's general vet related anxiety. The prices are also very reasonable for the excellent care your pet will get. We couldn't be happier!

I have been to many vet's over the year's but this by far was the best. They were definintly fair with the price and I have never met an office like this that is personal with you like these ladies are . I 100% recommend them. dr. jones, heather, and irene, were all a pleasure to deal with and i thank them for all their help. 7 teeth pulled and he is doing great.

My dog is normally very nervous at the vets office. Other dogs, cats, and people she doesn't know make her nervous. When I walked into the office it was like walking into someones house! There weren't the familiar odors you would expect from a hospital. The exam room was very comfortable with nice furniture, rugs and cute pictures on the wall. We were the only ones there, so my dog had the run of the waiting area. Appointmetns are scheduled with enough time as to not run into other pets! The next visit I had with my dog, she walked right into the clinic and straight to the treat jar! Cost is afforadable, compared to other hospitals, the staff is knowledgable, friendly, and they get along! Dr. Jones is very compassionate, knowledgable, and she gets on the floor with my little 10 pound dog. (Tables make my dog nervous.) Higly recommend to anyone looking for a low stress, affordable, and caring clinic.
