17 phone calls and 1 month of waiting to schedule appointment. (They don't answer a lot of phone tag) Then they didn't show up all day, didn't call or return calls. Another week to reschedule, then again didn't show up or call or return calls.

Gavin and his son came over today to help with my septic system. They are very courteous, professional, and funny. Were able to pump two of the 3 tanks today. I will use again.

Previous owner installed a new pump for us, about a year later it semi disintegrated, new owner didn't acknowledge , recommended B&S to clean lateral lines, B&S found pump was half gone, but still buzzing, replaced it and then did really shoddy job on the lines, and did not do work as stated, failed to install clean out valves & Caps as stated...all in all these guys cost me about 2k unnecessarily.

I would highly recommend Honey Dipper.

Gavin was quick to return calls and was prompt the morning he was scheduled to be at my house. The price was the best I found.
