Multiple of my items are missing. My windows were rolled down and left down for two weeks through rain. My wedding ring, my beats 3 head phones, my purse, my backpack that was a Mother’s Day gift, the list goes on and on. Will be filing a police report. Switzer is who had my car impounded and made sure my bags were placed back in my car. I stressed the importance of the one that was a Mother’s Day gift. In two weeks my car wound up with a flat tire and leaking brake lines. I almost was slammed by a semi so luckily I was able to be stopped by a curb.

In response to Blue B. Not 100% sure who this is because they won t put their name to their comment but based on our records we only released one vehicle in the 24 hours before or after this review. Blue B should have said that it was a police impound so we were only doing what the police told us to do. Furthermore, "Blue B" threw a fit with us because we ran the 72 hr notice to Owners and Lien holders per Indiana Statute.

My son was in a wreck on 70 this week. My insurance company dispatched a tow truck driver to the scene, before he got their the cop called in Hoosier Towing. The took the car to their garage and would not release it to the 2nd tow driver unless I gave them 270$. I called to ask for a receipt and I was told they gave it to other tow driver. I followed up with other tow driver and he said they did not give him a receipt. So I called back today and the guy told me could not give me a receipt. These guys were nothing but unprofessional bottom feeders.
