Mark was thorough and professional and priced just right!

Due to earlier appt.taking longer theen expected (which happens in this business sometimes) we had to move customer to 3:00 pm n customer was not willing to move appt.WE DID NOT NO SHOW.I'm sorry customer was disatisfied but we try our best for all our customers.Customer service is very important to HOT CONNECTION ELECTRIC.

Things started off well, but on the day they were supposd to be here, they called to reschedule for later and then did not show up. Poor business practice.

The team at Hot Connection are very courteous with reasonable prices and and with a job well done! Nothing more you can ask for.

Here is my testimony...I was managing a very large office, and our internet went down, on the weekend, of course! The landlord says it was the power box. I called Hot Connection, and they came out in less than 2 hours, fixed the problem, at a very reasonable price and we were back on line in no time! We recommend them all the time, whether it is a big or small job!

I purchased a home that is an electrician's worst nightmare! The owner, Mark, has been out on many occasions to fix things. He installed canned lights in the kitchen, celing lights & fans throughout the house, outdoor plugs for hottub and water sprinkler system, changed out light switches, fixed plugs that were hot and should not have been, etc. He even referred a wonderful drywall guy to patch up the kitchen ceiling where he pulled out the ugly flourescent bulbs and replaced with a beautiful s shaped modern light fixture. Every time I call they are able to get me an appointment usually that day (if urgent) or that week and are very flexible working around my schedule. They are very reasonably priced and the work is expert in my opinion. I would highly reccommend Hot Connection to any of my friends or family. As a matter of fact, over the telephone, they were able to direct my parents how to fix something in their home that did not require a visit. Again - awesome company!!

It was nice to have the work done by the owner, Mark Balean. He was knowledgeable and took the time to explain the problem and solution. His prices were extremely fair, particularly when it turned out there was an additional problem (he did the extra work for the cost of the parts). I believe he is honest and really cares about the customer. Bravo!

Mark is an honest and hard working man. He runs his company with integrity and his prices are fair to all.

I had hot connection electric compleetly do the patio and pool remodle in my estae home and they were so friendly , they felt like family , they put all of my fixtures exactly where I where I requested and they finished in a timely manner, The customer service in the office was INCREDIBLE I would deffinatly use them again!!!!!!

Over the years since 1971, my family and I lived in four homes. From time to time we need electrical help. I am a radio broadcaster...not a handyman, certainly know nothing about fixing electrical problems. Hot Connection Electric to the rescue. The owner, Mark Balean treated us w/great respect and knew how to fix every problem. His expertise gave him opportunities to do work for companies like J.C. Penny, M & M on the Strip and other large projects. And his desire to help average citizens w/problems large or small showed his love for the Lord..and people. You can count on him to give you a fair estimate of what your need might be. I heartily recommend Mark Balean. You can rely on him to do what he says he will do.

The fan in the dinning room was poppin and snappin I new there was a short somewhere, so before the house burns down I figured it was time for some electrical work to be done. I called around and got alot of really high estimates and told that I would have to be worked in, but when I spoke to Hot Connection they asked what I had been quoted and they beat it, plus he was willing to come out promptly and check it as I was quite worried. So now that everything is fixed and we"ll live thru another Vegas summer the only thing thats Poppin and Snappin is the service I got from Hot Connection Electrics. They Are GREAT.Thanks

We use Hot Connection Electric for all our electrical needs. We have used other electrical companies in the past and found their work to be poor and expensive. I must say, that Mark @ Hot Connection Electric really came through for us when we needed him most. Our main line snapped just before the Holidays and we were without any main power for days while we got bid after bid from super expensive electricians. Then finally someone told us to call Hot Connection Electric and were we ever happy that we did. He saved us from staying in a hotel while without power and hot water, since our hot water tank is electric. The best part was he saved us about $5,000.00.



Hot Connection Electric was the best Holiday Gift that year for us. Mark at Hot Connection Electric got the job done, ahead of schedule and left everything better than when he found it. If only all contractors were as good, honest and reliable as Mark is at Hot Connection Electric, what a wonderful world it would be.
