Howard definetly knows boat repair. And he knows how to get the right information from the manufacturer to get it done right. I have a 89 Mariner 100 on an 89 Marlin and the engine had not been winterized by the previous owner. Howard went through all the hoops to get information from Mercury as this is a pretty finicky engine. It really ran great when he was done.
