From the earliest days when we just made $11,500 to $327,000 to $665,000, Terry managed the amazing growth and changes with our accounting AND the complex changes in the IRS 990 we had to do, Ever patient, he taught us how we could manage our resources most effectively at ever phase of growth that we had, servicing 11 of 15 counties in Arizona in only 3 years! He obtained a delay with the IRS so we could redo our system into one that could accommodate our staggering growth. It was such a relief to have a team that has such integrity and knowledge, to cope effectively with the many challenges facing our business!
