Satisfied customer for 11 years. This company gives the best customer service possible. They go the extra mile and are very professional and trustworthy. As long as I have bugs, I will use Hydrex Pest Control.

I work for a mtg/real estate company and we have been using Hydrex for 3 years now. I am so happy with their work and professionalism. I can always reach them and whomever answers the phone always greats me with a warm and friendly attitude. I simply adore the owners, Linda and Joe, as well as Jeff!

We deal with many properties on a month to month basis and Hydrex is always able to keep up with the work load and deliver our reports very quickly and accomodates us when we have rushes.

When we lived in Gold River, Hydrex did our every-other month pest control. If I was bothered by spiders or ants between sprayings, there was no extra charge for them to come out and do an additional spray. They also treated our house for sub-terranian termites where they had to take out plugs from our kitchen floor, which was on a concrete pad, in order to treat the ground. They did such a good job replacing the circles of linoleum, you could hardly tell where the plugs had been drilled.



Ten years ago we moved to Wilton where we live on 5 acres and Hydrex continued their excellent service. Our service tech is very knowledgable and knows what to look for in tracking down persistant ants and wasps which are prevalent here. He is also courteous and personally calls to let us know the day and time he will be doing our service and is always on time.



The office staff is friendly and efficient. We would recommend Hydrex for all of their services!

I'm a new pest control customer and I was referred by a friend to Hydrex. I was having problems with spiders and mice and since I started with their service my pest nightmares have gone away! I'm no longer afraid to turn on the lights at night when I enter the kitchen or to fall asleep. I was having troubles with spiders in the corners of my room and it gave me the creeps. Sometimes at night I would get up in the middle of the night to get a midnight snack and I would hear something in the room with me, I could hear little mice in the cabinets next to my stove. It gave me the willies. Now I no longer am having these issues so my anxiety has significantly decreased! I've referred Hydrex to my neighbors.
