I would not recommend HydroGraphics Aquarium Service for several reasons. Tim Urban, sole owner and operator, does not have a flexible calendar; he will be late to or even worse, cancel appointments. He has poor communication; often times messages will go unanswered for weeks. He marketed his company as more than just a cleaning service but ultimately, that is all he does and in poor quality. I kept up my monthly appointments and my reef tank is in the worst condition it has ever been in 8 years. Please beware!
