Provided by YP.comWhen you get 86 rootkit virus's, it feels like the world is about to end. Someone suggested that I get help from this company and by then I was willing to try anything. Best help I could get. One of the workers, Matt, did everything he could and more to help get my computer running back to it's normal condition. Time wasn't a concern and he stayed on until it was done. I would suggest this company to anyone who has a computer problem. They take real good care of you.

Provided by YP.comI just had independent PC Solutions help with a major computer issue. I ran into a virus on my computer that locked up my desktop. I am running webroot spy-sweeper and that program was able to fight the virus but did not win the battle. My next issue was finding someone I can trust to help me unlock my computer. I have used Best Buy Geek Squad in the past and was disappointed with the results. After contacting IPCS it was only a matter of time before I was in my computer surfing the web and using it as usual. Matt was able to walk me through my problems over the phone and then was able to access my computer through his computer at his office. Not only was the service A++ but the price was more than reasonable for the amount of effort that was put forth. I have only one company in mind when I have any computer issues, THANKS IPCS!!!!!
