I was horrified that I had bed bugs, this was by far my worst nightmare. I called Independent Pest Control at 7am, on a Saturday morning, and by 8, Mike (the owner), had called me back to set up a same day appointment! I was relieved that they were on their way, and I can't imagine what my week would have been like had they not come out the same day. I had called three other pest control companies that morning, and either left a message or was told it would be days before they could come out.

Mike spent time, calming me down and telling me exactly what I needed to do, to get ready for them to spray.

This is a family owned business, when Mike's son came out, he was super calm and I appreciated him answering my umpteen questions, and tolerating my anxiety! He was reassuring and understanding. He took the time to go through my other rooms to ensure that I did not have bed bugs throughout my house. This family was exactly what I needed, in so many ways.

I can not express how grateful I am that they were available! They made a huge difference. I will never forget what they did for me!

Mike and Cindy are awesome. This is a family owned business and they take such good care of you. They are fast, efficient and take the time to explain everything to you. This is old school customer service! I have already referred them to two of my friends.!

I called these guys and WOW they came the sameday in fact they were at my door in under an hour. The tech Mike was very knowlegble and gave me so much good advice to help me protect my home from my mice. I just wanted to say thanks guys and keep up the excellent work you provide.
