I called on a Monday asking for service told them I was flexible on day to come. They picked a day and it was good for all of us but they NEVER showed up or CALL. I found another company that was great they explained everything and didn't over charge. So this company here just lost a good customer.

The labor force of this company may be superstars however, as far as I can tell, the business end rates 1 out of 5. They've answered the phone, but there's been NO follow-up. We've sent three emails that haven't been answered, the second time we called it was as if it were the first and they STILL never followed up. In any case, this may just be the person who's job it is to answer and communicate and not the fault of the business owner. My advice for service companies that are too busy is to communicate with their customers, most are patient...unless ignored.

My initial contact was on the phone with the owner's wife, who was very helpful and pleasant and answered all the questions we had. When Danny came out to pump our septic, he was very knowledgeable, explaining all about the septic system and what and why something had to be done, and what preventive measures we could take. We got a verbal price on the phone, and even though the job took longer because we had neglected to pump earlier, Danny stuck with the initial quote. He even came back after he finished another job to add a riser for us. We found him to be very honest and not pushy. My neighbor used this company the same day, and I will be recommending Independent Pumping to others. Also, they are available 24 hours.

Great service they came out and were honest and affordable , I had another company out last time the charged me for a 2500 gallon tank and that's what I thought it was , Danny was pumping it and told me I only have a 1500 gallon tank and the price was really cheep . I will not be calling back any other company , I would of never known and kept getting ripped off by the other company if I wouldn't have called these guys . Thanks again independent pumping.

I would not reccomend this company. We had an empty septic tank that needed a certification and they gave us the price for the certification and ended up charging us for a pump as well. When we talked to Danny the owner, he swore that he pumped it and said there was a few feet of fluid in the tank, even when he was confonted with the fact that the property was vacant the whole time since it had been pumped previously. He would not remove the pumping fee and after all and was very irritated that i would ask him to discount. In the end he pulled his cert on the day after escrow closed even we caved to his demands and were willing to pay full price for a job he only did half of, because he was irritated. We order alot of septic certifications and will not call this company again. He told me repeatedly that they did not negotiate and did not need our buisness. So i am perfectly happy not to give it to them. If you are looking for someone that will take the upper hand with you and play hard ball when you are in a weaker posistion this company is right for you, otherwise id move on to the next listing.

Daniel at Independent pumping got my septic problem solved quickly, and for thousands less than other companies quoted. He was on-time, dependable, and not a flake looking to make money for nothing. He is straight forward, honest, and gets to the point.
