First off, they wouldn't even talk to me unless I gave them $240 up front. They never even showed me an apartment, they then played phone tag with me for weeks.

Since I was never shown an apartment or given a tour, I had to drive around to see what they place was like. It looked desolate and there is trash overflowing outside making it smell. They wouldn't return my phone calls while they were holding onto my money. Just today they finally called me back and DENIED my application because they "calculated" that I make over $35,000/year from 3 pay stubs (keep in mind I work for minimum wage about 20-30 hours a week right now...so that is impossible). I immediately left work early and drove over there to figure out what was going, I sat down and calculated it for them and showed them they were wrong but they refused to listen and denied me.



These people are horrific, unprofessional, and applying with them is a waste of time because the management have no idea what they are doing.
