Called and setup an appointment for a quote on installing a gas line a few days ago. The person who answered the phone sounded confused but I still went ahead and made an appointment for the following day. My wife waited for about an hour and a half at our house for someone to show up until she gave up. No call, no nothing. I don't know who is writing the other reviews for this company (possibly relatives?) but this company is unprofessional and irresponsible. If you want a job done look elsewhere.

I'm so glad that I have used Inline Plumbing to work on my home. They have been flexible with my schedule, easy to get ahold of (especially in emergencies) and are quick to arrive when I need them. They are quick and do a nice clean job. I have been impressed with their employees multiple times with how respectful they have been of my home. They have been very good about cleaning construction messes, and even taking of their shoes without asking by following my example. It's one of those small things that show you that they really respect you and your family as real people and not just a job to get done. Their employees are clean cut and very friendly. I wouldn't hesitate for a second to reccommend them to all of my friends, family, neighbors and everyone else!

Inline Plumbing has been great to work with. I've had them work on my home a number of times and have been impressed with how clean, quick and great of a job they do. They have been respectful of my home - cleaning up messes, taking their shoes off without asking by following my example. They are very friendly and easy to get ahold of. And refering to the review below, they have definitely not been a rip off for me. They have been extremely honest and upfront with anything they have done on my house. They have communicated prices very clearly to me before and after working. They are quick to arrive to my home when I need them and very flexible with my schedule.

I bought a home recently that was built in 1952. It needed a lot of work and for all of my projects so far I have contacted Inline. The guys are nice and knowledgable. The work was done quickly and cleanly. I have plans for future projects and these guys were able to offer advice that made my planning much easier. I have had Ben and JD both work at my home and I have enjoyed them both. Great company. Great price. I will use Inline for all my plumbing needs.

I recently began work on a bathroom in my newly purchased home. The bathroom only had a bathtub and we wanted to add a new shower head as well as replace the toilet and sink. I wanted to do the tile work but I needed a plumber for the other parts. I had the tile and was in a hurry to get the project done. I called Inline and talked to Ben. He came over and got everything done very fast. He didn't waste any time and I was able to move forward with my bathroom project without any hiccups. He did a clean job and when he was finished he answered all my questions and offered advice about future projects I was planning. Overall it was a great experience at a great price! As a homeowner I am not averse to tackling home repairs but I refuse to try my hand at plumbing and I have always relied on Inline Plumbing since moving to UT two years ago. They have performed jobs such as replacing frozen faucets outside, garbage disposals and fridge lines. More recently, I discovered we had no hot water and needed the repair done while we were away. We arranged to have them let in and then never heard a word. When no one called back with a quote, I thought they missed the service call and called them back the next day for a status. Meanwhile, the hot water was working again and I found out that the reapir was so simple that Ben at Inline didnt call or quote the repair - he just did it at no charge. I was amazed once again at the high level of profesionalism and service. I cant promise thet you wont be charged for the services they provide, but I can tell you it will be worth every penny. I have been using Inline Plumbing for the past 3 years on all of my new homes. The quality and price have always made me happy and I enjoy working with a great group of guys. They go the extra mile instead of cutting corners where other plumbers tend to. Inline Plumbing is my choice when it comes to pluming.

These guys are awesome. They do a great job. and are honest. Real easy to work with and are always willing to go the extra mile and come out whenever I need them. I trust them to do a job even when I cannot stay with them. I have had them do both commercial work on rental space and work at my home. It is nice to have someone you can count on always.

We were in need of a full service plumbing company and were fortunate to be referred to In-Line Plumbers by our tile contractor. We thought that since he worked with several plumbers we should trust his judgment as to who was the best and it turned out to be a great choice. Since we chose In-Line as the company to handle all of the plumbing needs in our new home we have also used them at our business and rental homes. They respond quickly and are efficient at returning to complete the work. I am always impressed by both the quality of their work and more importantly their friendly demeanor. We have built a relationship with them and I feel totally comfortable leaving them in my home as they complete their tasks. We will continue to use In-Line for all of our plumbing needs and I am totally satisfied that we have found a contractor we trust to do good work at a fair price.
