After your money!

I paid Greg to do a home inspection for a home that I wanted to purchase. I was not able to be at the inspection with him but my Realtor was present. For a 4300 sq. ft. home, it took him 40 minutes, according to my Realtor. Thats just under 10 minutes per 1,000 sq ft! At a previous purchase, the inspector spent 2 hours on a 1600 sq ft home. His report pointed out a couple of obvious things, but failed to report several cracks in the foundation in a 4 year old home. Yes he is very courteous and his report looks fancy, but he is just going to go through the motions and collect your money. Partially my fault. I should have at least gone with someone accredited by the Better Business Bureau.

Greg was very professional. He called and showed up when he said he would. He was very thorough and answered any questions I had. I would definitely recommend him.
