Integra Shipping did a GREAT job shipping my vehicle from California to Chicago for me. I was pretty nervous to say the least because I was scared that something would happen to my 2008 Audi A6. You just never know you know? Regardless, their customer service was like no other and I received my vehicle in great condition. Would I use again yes. Will I need them to ship my vehicle anytime soon? Not at this current moment in time but I will keep their phone number in my rolodex.

First and foremost, if you have extra time on your hands to see the country, recommend that you drive the car yourself. I have been traveling cross country for the past 5 years and I really enjoy it. However, this time around, I couldn't drive my car because of an emergency. With that said, I decided to go with an auto transport company. At first, I couldn't decide which company to go with. I'm not here to bash other companies nor Integra Shipping but their prices were reasonable and the driver came on time. They informed me about everything I was suppose to expect while shipping my car. The customer service was super and I received my car in great condition. The driver did however come a day late but at least he called to tell me that there was road construction in the Phoenix area. This company was cool. Thanx for everything and HAPPY HOLIDAYS!!!!!!! : )

I found this company to be great delightful to work with. I gathered alot of quotes (8) to be exact and decided to go with this company after they educated me on the entire process!!!!! Samantha was a great sales rep and informed everything. What to expect at pick-up as well as drop off. I understand that not every company or person is perfect but overall, Integra came through for me. I would use again if need be.

I'm also a customer and the response by the customer in this review is correct. The same thing happened to my family, they told us (Serge Marshall told us) that the cost would be low like 425 and even told us that he was charging us pretty low, I explained to him I was active duty and 8 months pregnant and he told me he was going to give a military discount for $25. that's how the $425 resulted, as the days got closer he to the pick up date he told us to send a money order, not a transfer of funds, not a credit card charge it had to be under his name, well later on it dawn on us that the reason why he did that was so the banks couldn't reclaim the money deposited for this scam.



Bottom line is as the day for the pick up got closer he said that nobody wanted to pick up the vehicle because it wasn't a popular route, so he told us he would charge us another $500 dlls this is 3 days before the last day to p/u the vehicle. Well then he called me and gave me a number for a company and said they were going to p/u the vehicle. I called and called and called and he never answered back, not even txt messages not even emails nothing. He stole the $225 dlls. This is a huge scam and scum like them should pay for what they did. Be careful don't believe on what they say is competitors reviews this is a real active duty family that was in desperate need for their vehicle, they abused our trust and shamed the meaning of integrity which has nothing to do with their name.

BE CAREFUL PEOPLE, THIS IS A IRESPONSIBLE COMPANY, AND THEY LIE TO YOU JUST LIKE SERGE MARSHALL DID IT TO ME AND MY FAMILY HE TOOK $225 DLLS FROM US. WHEN I WAS TALKING WITH THIS PERSON FOR THE FIRST TIME HE TOLL ME THAT HE WAS GOING TO CHARGE ME $425 DLLS FOR THE SHIPPING OF MY VEHICLE FROM ALABAMA TO TEXAS. SO I SENT TO THIS PERSON (SERGE MARSHALL) "HALF" OF MONEY ($225), BUT THEN HE TOLL ME "YOU KNOW WHAT IS GONA BE $500 DLLS MORE FOR THE SHIPPING OF YOUR VEHICLE BECAUSE NO BODY (TRUCKERS) WANTS TO TAKE THE $425. AT THE END OF ALL THIS BS WE PAID $675 DLLS FOR THE SHIPPING SO BE CAREFUL PEOPLE PROTECT YOUR MONEY AND YOUR FAMILY FROM THIS DISHONEST PERSON (SERGE MARSHALL). SO I DONT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. AND THIS IS NOT A FAKE REVIEW LIKE THEY ARE TELLING EVERY BODY WHEN PEOPLE LIKE ME AND MY FAMILY TOLL THE TRUTH ABOUT THIS BAD EXPERIENCE WHIT THIS COMPANY. THAN YOU.

In a word integrashipping was Awesome for me. They kept their word without a single bit of difficulty. I must recommended to my friends to use their service. Strongly recommended.

I hope I do not make this to long so hear I go. First and foremost, my family appreciates everything you have done for us. Being part of a military family, it isn't as easy as one might think. We are under a lot of pressure and at more often then not, we are very stressed as we are always on the go. With that being said, thank you for having you transport our 2010 Ford 1500.



Not only do we appreciate your help, but the price was very reasonable to say the least. However, I didn't like that the truck was delayed a couple of days but I do understand that we do not live in a perfect world. Although the driver was a little late, he did call me to inform me that their was road construction which was the cause for the delay of my truck shipment. The driver was very respectful to say the least.

I should not have given any stars for this company. As the previous review mentioned, this company is not integrity at all, like delaying the schedule that they promise to you, increasing the cost arbitrarily in the last moment without any informing in advance, and so on. They are typical dishonesty broker.

Integra shipping has nothing to do with integrity ! they lie to you. The quote is a total lie. They give you a low estimate first and when it gets close to your pick up date, you realize there is nobody accepting that offer and then they raise the cost to find someone for you. I had to make over 30 phone calls in last few days to pick up date to get them take my car and they charged me almost 20% more in the last minute ! and when I got the car it was damaged , then I had to go through insurance cliam....and I didn't get paid for the damage anyways.. just stay away from this " No integrity shipping company " .
