I found this company here in the yellow pages. We had a server issue that we had been dealing with for weeks that two other IT companies had looked at and kept giving us the runaround without ever fixing it. When we called, we expected them to tell us it would be a few days before they could get out there, but to my surprise they made an appointment to come out that same afternoon and were very friendly and helpful over the phone. The technician that came out was very pleasant and professional. He explained that certain settings had been configured incorrectly on the server when our old IT company set it up for us, and that he would correct them. A couple of hours later, our issues were all resolved! I couldn't believe it was that easy! Since then, they are our new IT company. When we call them with an issue, their response time is amazing, always the same day, usually within hours. Also, they come by once a week and do preventative maintenance, and we seem to have less and less of the little things that go wrong than we ever have before. We couldn't be happier with the service that they've given us, and we would recommend them to anyone out there that needs an IT company that really is different and better than the others.

After owning my business for over 10 years, I have gone through several different IT companies. Upon changing each time I was always a bit wary about bringing a new company in, but I can honestly say that ITCS is by far the best one I have found yet. My company has 28 employees and until I found ITCS none of the previous companies I have used in the past have been able to solve all of my issues and recommend solutions that really just make sense. The guys at ITCS are not only very knowledgeable and professional, but have extremely fast response time. I have never called them for support and not had someone at my office within a day. I would highly recommend ITCS to anyone looking for an excellent team of professionals.
