I used this company to install a automatic gate over my driveway around a year ago. It is now in need of repair, and is still covered by the 1 year warranty, so I have tried to contact them daily for 2 weeks. They have yet to return a single phone call. I have spoken with other fencing companies who have all agreed that IronWood installed it incorrectly and it must be completely reinstalled in order to repair it. Conveniently, IronWood does not return my phone calls when my gate is still covered by the 1 year warranty on it. THEY DO NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR WORK. Do not use this company unless you want to pay for complete re-installation by another company.
