I received outstanding, customer first oriented service from operator, Guy. I highly recommend this towing service.

If I could give ISAKAT LLC towing company less than one star, I would. I called to set up an appointment to get my car towed and they gave me a very unespecific time of around "11:30 or noon." I needed my car towed urgently so at noon I called to find out when they would be here and they said "soon" and that they would call me. I tried calling several times more during the next few hours and when they finally picked up, the guy said that he had tried calling me. I said that was impossible since i had no record of his call. He immediately said that he had called the wrong number. Obviously a lie. It was very urgent for me to get my car towed. I wish they would at least have had the courtesy of calling to say so! Extremely unprofessional! Getting a tow company to come on such short notice after I realized ISAKAT wasn't coming was very difficult and something I could have avoided if they had been had been professional and honest about not coming.
