Never showed up! I booked this service to take my daughter to the airport. They didn’t show up and when I called, they said they had no record. Very unprofessional. My daughter missed her flight home. Deserve zero stars!

my shuttle driver sandy picked me up on time even a little early which was great! She got meta the airport on time also. It was a great ride Sandy is very friendly and quite knowledgeable about st Augustine and the Jacksonville area, learned somethings that I didn't know about the area. I would definitely ask for Sandy to be my driver again. Thanks for the ride!!!!

I've used their services twice now and have zero complaints - the convenience for the price is well worth it. The drivers are punctual, polite and personable. The vehicles are clean and well maintained. Very few businesses anymore give you what they advertise at your convenience for a fair price - doing business with them was a breeze. What was initially born out of necessity will be continued as a matter of convenience - I don't see myself schlepping onto the economy parking airport shuttle anymore - when I fly, Island Airport Shuttle will be driving me.

I tried other shuttles in St Augustine, with little success, they were late, not so clean vans, and the worst part was having to wait at the airport for another flight coming in.
