Provided by YP.comI can understand charging $55.00 for a service call and then making it free if you get service--that is they will deduct it from the bill.
HOWEVER, what if they come out and have no idea what's wrong with your appliance? That's exactly what happened to me--the guy that came out was CLUELESS! He took the front off my washer and shined a flashlight in there and assumed that the transmission is bad--did ZERO troubleshooting. Left saying he doesn't know what's wrong but if it is the transmission, it's under warranty for 10 years; but, we don't do transmission repair or warranty work.
Still have no idea what is wrong with my washer--but, I was charged $55.00 anyway for ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!
The guy can only identify and fix routine problems... I DO NOT RECOMMEND J&B!
