First they cancelled my order accidentally, then it took numerous phone calls and protracted hold times to set up delivery, and finally their driver after having me take a day off work to be here pulled up six feet from my house, told me through the window he wasn't going to make the delivery, and took off. I've had dozens of large items, including a refrigerator, 2 gas ranges, sofas, and more delivered to this house over the years and have never had an incident like this.
