- I became head tailor at the Daytons St. Paul location and assumed that role for 15 years. I then transferred to the Southdale and became the manager of a staff of 20. Having always had a passion to work independently, I ventured out and started LakeSide Sewing (now One True Tailor). My master tailor skills and knowledge about style quickly earned me the reputation as The best tailor in the area. When I was introduced to J.
