Had a flat tire on Highway 18 in the middle of the night. Was having trouble with loosening the lug nuts, just couldn't get it off. My insurance company called J&J. They sent a guy out with a lug wrench, and nothing else. He didn't even really try to change the tire. Just put the lug wrench on one of the lug nuts and barely tried to turn it, then said "well I can't get it." He then had me try. I got most of them loosened, but one would not come off, so he just told me to have it towed, and then left us sitting out there. My insurance company called J&J back, to get us towed, they did not send a towtruck out. Had to wait another hour to find another garage.

J&J Garage is the only garage I will go to. I brought in a car for an oil change (which was the best price in town) and the mechanic didnt try to force anything on me like alot of other shops do, they just changed my oil and checked everything for me and sent me away with a smile.. Fast, reliable, and trustworthy, thats a good way to describe the service you get at J&J garage!
