My AC unit normally keeps the house 75° with no problem. When the temp indoors went to 86° while the AC stayed on for 24 hours I was sure the problem was serious. Custom Comfort arrived on the same day I called them. After inspecting the equipment he determined that the system was mechanically sound. He explained factors that affect efficiency and also how the unit had temporarily failed to cool the house. He gave me a couple options and said to call him back the next day to let him know how the unit was performing. All of this took about 20 minutes and he did not charge me for the visit. Custom Comfort was prompt, professional and more than fair. I will use them for future service needs!
