I had my system installed 3 or 4 years ago. At the time, I had called several other companies for estimates. Most of them came by when they could, looked at my yard, and left the estimate in the door. John came out, drew a map of my land by hand, to scale, and plotted out where each head would go. He then took about half an hour to sit with me at my dining room table to explain how the system works, how each different head works, etc. He has walked me through turning the system on in the Spring (because I'm extremely eager to start it every year and don't want to wait) and is quick to come out when needed (which is next to never). His crew is professional and his is on every job site. His system wasn't the cheapest...it was a little higher than most, but the customer service and quality of that service has been well worth it.
