Terrible service and attitude. Worked on water line repair 3 separate occasions but didn't fix problem. Got nasty when I asked for refund as I had to hire a different repair person. My neighbor fired him years ago; I should've done the same.

I had Jim Smith president of J & J waterworks come out to fix a problem with the well pump on 9/23. He replaced the tank on top and adjusted the sprinkler heads. Within two hours after leaving I noticed a leak in the fittings below the tank he replaced. I called Jim to let him know about the problem. Told me to shut off the pump and he would be back in 1 week. I then told him that I shouldn't have to wait a week for a repair that he caused and that the pump wasn't leaking before he did the repairs. Jim proceeded to say that he didn't appreciate me saying that it was his fault that the fitting where the tank conects was leaking and told me that he wouldn't take away time from other clients to come fix a problem that there was no way he caused then hung up. Jim came back on the following Friday 9/30. He put pipe dope on the fittings and put the tank back on. Saying I should be all set. Again within 15 minutes of him leaving the fitting below the tank started leaking again causing the pump to not work correctly. I called Jim imediately and told him the fitting was leaking. Jim told me that it was the pipe that he attached the tank to was stripped and that he would come back to replace the pipes at a cost of $75.00. I agreed to that and an appointment was set for 8:30am on 10/5. Jim never showed up after my calls to his office. I finally left a message stating that I would not need his services. Now I will need to find another repair service to come fix Jim's repairs. I would not recommend J and J waterworks to anyone for 2 reasons. 1. not fixing the issue the first time. 2. The way he treats his clients when something he did was the problem. Very poor customer service.
