I called "J-Town" towing, or so I thought. They answered the phone as "Mosby's" ? I just needed my truck towed from a shop in J-town to another shop in J-town less than a mile away. I was told I would have to be with the vehicle when they pick it up.. WHAT? She said it is there policy b/c there are people who have gotten angry at someone and had their car towed. I can see where that may be a possibility if my truck was anywhere other than a mechanic's shop. I told the lady I will call another service and she said "ok". Oh well, I guess they just don't need the business, which is a good thing b/c I will never call them again.

I called J-town Towing becuase they were closest to me and I knew they could handle the vehicle I was Driving. I was Driving a Isuzu but I dont know what Model Due to the fact it wasnt displayed on vehicle and was also a Company Truck. I told "Dispatch" what i had and even tried to fiqure out what model it was but with no luck. So I told him I knew how much truck weighed which I fiqured would help atleast with size and what kind of truck to send. It weighs almost 7 tons (14000lbs). He said that doesnt help. I then said well can you tow a Semi. He said Yes. I said well that is what I am Driving. He said well since you dont know what model truck you have I cant help you. I then just HUNG UP before I got pissed and then Called Suburan Towing with Excellent Help. Told them the same thing I told J-town and they knew what I needed with no problems at all. SCREW J-TOWN they have the worse Service I have ever Encountered. I will NEVER call them again and I will Recommend Everyone NOT TO as well.
