Provided by YP.comUnfortunately, the owner is more interested in the sale than customer satisfaction. As a visitor to New Orleans, I purchased (rather ordered ) a ring that was NOT in the store. I was told I would have the item in 2 wks. After returning home, 1800 mi away, I realized the style as NOT something I would get a great deal of use from and phoned to cancel the order. I was told I had to take the item! They said they have a no return policy ! Imagine my surprise to that, hen I had NOTHING in my possession. Later they phoned and offered an "In Store" credit. I live 1800 miles away. This dispute is now in the hands of the credit card company.
Stay away from these people...they will do anything to get you to walk out of the store with merchandise.
PS. One month later they UPS'd the package under the owners name....not the stores...in order to acquire a signature of receipt.
