Windows told me my hard drive had failed. I had NOT backed up, and it's my business computer! I called one local guy who told me it was hopeless. I called around some more a couple days later and found this guy. He sounded like he knew what he was doing so I let him come get the computer. Two hours later he called me and told me he was backing up all my data. He not only did that, he fixed the problem with the OS and got the computer back up running better than ever!!! I feel like he saved my baby! All done cheerfully, without ripping me off. Will definitely call this guy again for all my computer service needs! Thanks Kevin!!!!

After hearing about these guys for awhile through different sources including many friends i finally decided to give them a try. My computer would stop working everytime i tried to download an attachment. They sent one of their techs over he looked at a few different things on it and offered to take it back to the shop to run a few more tests on it. About an hour later he called me back explaining what the problem was in plain simple english and told me what it would cost. It was much cheaper than I would have ever thought. When he brought the computer back it was working like a dream plus he did something to it to just make it run a whole lot faster! I will never call anyone else again. Thanks guys!

These guys are great! Very friendly and professional got my problems fixed very quickly! Would not go with anyone else. Plus there was no charge for them coming to my house and they worked around my schedule which was a big plus for me. :)
