I called them on Monday morning and they took my order said I was on the list for Tuesday delivery they took ALL my information confirmed that we were in their area by 5 different office personal, on Tuesday morning the inspector called and said he was on his way for the pressure test coming from Conroe area and he was leaving then. about an hour later the inspector called from 5 miles from my house and informed me that we were not in their delivery area and refused to deliver, ok I am OUT of propane and my house runs on it we waited 2 days to get the propane so you can imagine. My husband called the manager Micheal Myers and he said it was not economically correct for him to have the delivery guy to make the delivery and hung up on my husband then refused to answer his calls. He did offer to deliver for an extra 65$ fee at one point.
