Had Superior Service today from your technician when we woke up to a cold house. Even on the weekend you guys were there to get our gas furnace going again. My family and I really appreciate your quick service. He did an excellent job and had the part we needed on his van. We have a new service contract now with you now for preventative maintenance every year to prevent problems in the future. Thanks again Jahnke Heating!

Techs worked hard and I am very satisfied with the completed project. Job was started and finished on time. They kept me abreast of their progress, and answered my questions.

A board had been put over the chimney for the furnace instead of the fireplace chimney that wasn't in use(our fault). When the oil furnace was turned on it smoked and had a burning smell. They were called and the technician said the furnace needed cleaning. He didn't get on the roof to check out the problem I called a chimney sweep and he found the problem and cleaned the chimney which was another expense. I called Jahnke 's and told them what happened . Mr. Jahnke called me back and wouldn't let me explain. He said it was my problem and he liked my parents but not me and he didn't want me for a customer. We had been doing business with them since 1966. He said he would credit me for the bill. How do I get credit if he doesn't want me for a customer?

They were called by the owner of our building and evaluated our system on 2 different occasions in one week without a conclusion. Finally on a Friday morning they determine they need to replace a motor and fan blade. The technician tells us the part may need to be ordered and quite possibly he will be back that afternoon - forecast is for warm weather and we have a restaurant with no air at the moment. No contact - when I call of Friday eve - told part was ordered. Technicians come out on Monday but don't fix it. I find out part did not arrive. Am told after I call on Monday night they need to order a part from Virginia. I call on Tuesday and am asked do I want it overnight? So it wasn't ordered on Monday? No - do you want it overnight? YES! Tracking # - Oh..we don't know that and we can't get it because it is already closed in Virginia. Wednesday - talk to the owner Mr. Jahnke. Entire conversation he is defensive is completely unaware of the visits prior - states one day is not one day. One day to diagnose,( actually 1 week) IF it happens to be on a Friday you will lose the whole weekend - one day to order, one day to arrive, one day to install I guess?!! When you run a business as I do I am accountable . Regardless. There are certainly other ethical and honest business's out there don't support those that run deliberately misleading operations. BTW, I would not be submitting this review had the OWNER made the very slightest of effort to have his information available and communicate without talking over me as though I was an idiot!

Is was so nice to have them show up on Christmas Eve Day and clean my oil heater but to order parts and use them on another job? then I had them return on New Years day to fix it and then tell me thay dont have the parts and on1/10/13 thay cancle me again till 1/14/13 for them to return and hope it get's fixed! What a GREAT Co. for thinking about the people thay expect to have them call back when you need heat and the temp is in the low teens I wont call them back!!

they fit us in during the first heat wave of the year. technician friendly and knew his stuff. job done in timely manner. happy with his professionalism.

After having my heat pump service services by Jahnke it has never run better, and more efficiently that my electric bill has even gone down. I was so impressed with their work that I have signed a service agreement for them to come out every year.

Everyone at Jahnke was so extremely helpful when my old furnace no longer worked. They were able to come right out and replace it and the technician was very knowledgable and professional. I would recommend Jahnke Heating to anyone with heating problems. Everyone at Jahnke, from the office staff to the technicians, even the owner himself who came out to evaluate and give me an estimate were wonderful.
