For appliance repair....do not use JAJ Repair! They are dishonest! I have doubts as to whether they are even a company!



We fell for their lying ad on Craigslist and had them come out to work on our dishwasher. Stupid us gave them a deposit for the repairs and then never saw them again!



Won't return phone calls or emails. They even use caller id to avoid my calls. This I know for a fact because we actually reached them (finally!) when we called from a friends number! And the unprofessional and inexperienced girl that answered the phone was stumbling over her answers because she knew they were caught....and get this.....she tells me that she'll have her "managers" call me back......HaHa! You guessed it....still waiting for that call and it's been six days!!!!!!!!



Also, they are using various ads/names on Craigslist to hide .(JAJ Repair, Atlanta.Appliance, all-appliances...blah, blah, blah) ... so save yourself the grief and most definitely your money.....find a REPUTABLE, EXPERIENCED, AND KNOWN service company!

I have a clothes dryer that makes a loud squealing noise. After paying this company $230 to fix the noise, it is still making the same noise! The owner of the company is now saying my dryer is suppose to be squealing, and will not honor the 90 day warranty! Good luck trying to locate this company, their address is an apartment! The phone number is listed to a cell phone! Please don't make my mistake....check a company's references before calling!

Called JAJ Repair because my oven stopped working.

The person on the phone was very friendly. The technician came out to service the oven the same day, on time, within the 2hr window. He was very friendly and professional, quickly diagnosed the issue and fixed it within 20 minutes!! I will definitely be calling them back if I ever have any other appliance issues.

A dishwasher in my house broke which caused a lot of problems. I spent hours on the phone with my home insurance company and it took forever for them to send a technician in who eventually said that it was a major problem and it is better to buy a new dishwasher. I did not plan to purchase a new appliance and so I just decided to research on my own - and this is how I found these guys. They came to my house JUST A COUPLE OF HOURS AFTER I first called them, checked the dishwasher very thoroughly and even had a necessary replacement part in their truck. An hour later my dishwasher was working as if it never stopped! I was so happy!! They made a few recommendations on how to take a good care of it so it lasts longer! These guys are awesome, they are very professional, knowedgeable and honest! NO DOUBT I will call only them next time I need help with my appliances!

Rude ,unprofessional and expensive!!! Repair man cannot find the problem, than was 30 min on phone before he find problem, than give me very high price. I called other company and they give me almost 40% less. Man was unprofessional.

These guys are great! They offer excellent service. The quality provided for this price can't be beat! I had a problem with both my dishwasher (it was leaking) and my stove (wasn't working at all). The technician came to my place 40 minutes after I called. They are very honest and very professional. The service has exceeded my expectations! I highly recommend JAJ Repair.
