VERY unhappy with job costing over five figures. Utterly dissatisfied with the complete lack of customer service; no consideration of customer: no discussion of alternatives for heating/ cooling, failure to show homeowners product before ripping through walls of 165+ year old house to install. The heating units are not only aesthetically inappropriate, but they're inefficient and fail to work as promised. In my mind, Jake Brown essentially ruined our building project. And when we attempted to talk to him about our dissatisfaction, simply shrugged and said, "well, you bought them." Can't imagine recommending this business to my worst enemy.

I highly recommed Jake Brown's service. He has been out to our house on two occasions. One for emergency service and the other was a follow-up. He has been honest with us and we have trusted him in our home while we were at work. Jake told us what needed to be done during the emergency and what could wait for off-season repair.
