Do not waste your money! I called Jay (earley *note the name on the other review*) on January 6th because my fridge was not cooling. He charged me $250 to "fix" it. 3 weeks later it was doing the same thing I had called him for, after 3 days of calling him and getting no answer he told me he was out of town. He came the next week and told me that it would be another $150 or so to fix the next part. Although it was never fixed in the first place. Now it is 3 1/2 months later and I have to defrost my freezer every 3 weeks. Jay will not answer or return calls from myself or my mother even though he guarantees his work for a year. I am a single mother with 2 children and I trusted him to do the work and have the problem resolved. When I get done this review I am reporting him to the better business bureau because people like this shouldn't be able to do business and/or steal money.

It was a pleasure having a service man that still believes in old fashioned customer service. He returned our phone call the same day and was there the following day even though he was booked. He understood with 5 kids and no dryer during the rainiest week of the summer that we needed our dryer up and running. He was pleasant and set us up for regular maintenance on all of our appliances so we can avoid the expensive calls with just a little upkeep.Who knew a dryer vent can get plugged??? Thanks again for everything you did!

Jay's Appliance Repair was not only on time, but friendly, courteous, and professional. He knew what he was doing and was able to do it in one trip. Prices are more than fair as we called around and he was below competition. Our fridge is back on and cooling away perfectly. Couldn't ask for better service, will definetely refer him to others and call again.
