Called this morning (10am) to have my vehicle towed from dealership; was guaranteed it would happen today... when I hadn't heard anything by 4pm, called back: again was guaranteed it would happen before dealership closed. Called 845 and told it was not happening tonight in a very rude and belligerent manner- and the morning the next day could not be guaranteed either. Could not even bother calling me to advise me of this so I could get another towing company?? HORRIBLE I cannot imagine that kind of dishonesty with actually having them try to FIX my car if this happens with just having them bring it from point A to point B. BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
