Dr. Jones and his staff are wonderful. You are treated like one of the family and made to feel like you are family. You CANNOT go wrong with Dr. Jones! When I first met Dr. Jones I was completely blind in my left eye and had lost most of the vision in my right eye due to cataracts. Dr. Jones performed surgery on my left eye and I can see. I haven't had vision from that eye in over 5 years. I no longer wear glasses, which I have worn for over 20 years. I'm looking forward to surgery on my right eye later this month. Thank you Dr. Jones and Staff for giving me back my life,freedom and independence. Rachon Ward

I just love everyone in the office both in the regular office and the surgery center. I have never been treated like an old friend at any doctors office from the minute i walked in the door. I couldnt see out of my left eye and after Dr. Jones did my cataract surgery and during surgery found I had a displaced lens and optic nerve damage. When i went back I actually had sight back. It isnt perfect but anything is better than nothing. I would recommend him to anyone that wants a great doctor and staff. De Juan Neilson

Totally dissatisfied. Had cataract surgery and the replacement lens was not correct. Also, received a call from collection agency 6 months after sureger, Supposedly I owe them more money. I had never received any notice from the office of this. I had asked several times during my visits if I owed any more and was advised I did not. I asked for a detailed list of charges and copies of letters they had sent me informing me that I owed more. I received the payment history. The only charge I owe that is listed is to the collection agency. No copies of letters notifying me of a debt or the fact that it was being sent to collections. Find someone else to go to. I had to click on one star but would have rather given them a big fat zero.

Let me tell you, Dr Greg Jones is the most helpful, honest, caring eye doctor because he really cares about his clients. He cares for each of his clients with a personal touch, while being completely honest with the situation at hand. I didnt have the money and had a very bad eye scratch, he treated me FREE because he cared that much and I hope to return the favor in due time. I am very happy with his help, indeed he is the very best eye doctor in the area, THANK YOU MUCH!
