Not sure who the other reviewers dealt with but the woman in the office was rude and acts like she higher and mighter than God. My daughter borrowed grandma's car and had an accident. My daughter was taken by ambulance to the hospital. The police called these people. When my daughter got out of the hospital she called them. They told her the vehicle was not drivable she inquired about getting her car seat out of the vehicle they said yes. We drove her to Bridgman to be told the car was in benton harbor. Not cool. Then I inquired about the bill and she said what insurance and I said it didn't cover towing. She said what I do for people like you who do not have real insurance Is $100. And a green title. The cops will take 30 days to give me the title. Excuse me this woman was sitting there insulting me I was going to pay the bill but not now. It isn't my car nor was I driving. Who does she think she is. I will make sure with my dying breath this company never tows for me. And now she will have a heck of time getting paid because you can't garnish social security which is the only income the owner of the vehicle has. Should have been nice and told me how much. I was reaching for my American Express Card when she decided I was a low life with no money.
