Replaced sewage pump for over 450.00. Job took two hours. This is not a complicated job, just a messy one. Also, the plumber dumped the sewage in the alley.

Replaced sewage pump for over 450.00. Job took two hours. This is not a complicated job, just a messy one. Also, the plumber dumped the sewage in the alley.

They came out and supposedly diagnosed the problem. After two trips out to fix the problem that they mis-diagnosed each time I called and was able to get thier top technician out, he figured out the problem and it was one little part not three expensive ones. So after taking all the time off of work they still tried to charge me $1400.00. I called and complained and was able to get them down to $750 or they would have filed a lien on my property. The first guy was messy, dirtied up my carpet with his boots, just a bad experience all around. I will never use them again.

Wanted $110/hr just to come look at my radiant flooring system. No thanks!

Awesome company great response time, resolved my problem, cleaned up after themselves.
