Jessica teaches Iyengar yoga. Her teaching enables students of all abilities to build a strong, healthy yoga practice. She modifies all poses for those with injuries, stress, and illness. Through demonstration, observation, and correction, each class encourages us to penetrate from the external practice of postures to the subtle integration of mind, body, and spirit. Each class gives increased knowledge of body and self in a practical, no nonsense way. Students comment that they become stronger, have more stamina, better overall health, have overcome injuries and have become more centered through practice with Jessica. Pre-natal, elderly, those with limited mobility are welcomed.
