I asked to open a watch and see if a battery is all it needs. They did, put a battery in and asked for $9 for the battery. I said I'd like to just pay for the service of opening it (and I have several more to do) not the battery. How much please? They copped a huge attitude, the lady turned her back and walked away saying nothing, the gentleman said "we don't play games here, that's on the house now please go." Playing games? I asked again to pay for their serivce and information and they treated me like I just insulted their mother and ignored me. Wow. Maybe they should say upfront that if they open it you automatically must buy their battery. ? They are total grouches.
