AS a united states marine and earning MY education through MY services. I found MY WAY in being creative through food rather using MY weapon that was by MY side. I armed myself with a knife and command a NEW platoon. MY brigade and I worked OUR WAY UP the ranks and became the officers personal chefs. AS staff Sargent AT an early AGE and leader. I searched for Another adventure and part in MY life to CREATE. I went into private and personal security. In this and through MY travels around the world I fell involve with ALL the cultures and food that were on the TABLES. WHEN I was OFF duty in MY services I found MY Way's into EVERYONES Kitchen. Learning and teaching from country to country. Taking in ALL the different blends of spices and presentations I Incorporated them together in MY vision of NEW world fusion. I found myself in the later years in Toronto and wanted to learn more. SO I retired in protecting the lives of other and I went to George Brown and liaison colleges. After understanding myself and learning to hang UP MY EGO. I started practicing MY brand of food alchemy.
