They can do it better. Their service is not as good as I thought. They can improve it if they want. They didn't sanitize their equipment before doing. Too bad. They can spread out diseases to everybody.

I went to visit the new salon and spoke with the owners (Joseph & Holly) two times before I actually made an appointment. Having my nails looking natural and being functional is important to me. Joseph gave me a tour of the business - very impressive. There is nothing in this business that is cheap - it is all top-notch! The products are authentic and not just refilled with cheap products. The sanitation procedures exceed the State mandates. The waxing/facial room has a chair that rivals that of the lady who does my facials at Massage Envy! I would like to say that my nails were done perfect but they were not. I tried dipping instead of acrylic with tips as I wanted less damage to my nails. I went home with and decided that they were too think and not natural looking enough for me. So, I contacted Joseph & Holly. They made an appointment for me to come back. They were so gracious and never made me feel like I was wrong and the nails were perfect. They wanted what I thought was best! Joseph asked if he could try a new technique and if i was not satisfied, He would not only take off the nails about refund my money or give me a gift card or a pedicure or whatever I thought was right. He spent over two hours working on my nails and the end result if fabulous!
