these guys are straight up honest. I take my older car there for a lot of things because I don't trust my dealer anymore . The dealer has found some weird things wrong with it they I think they damaged on previous visits but I end up paying. Hasn't happened at Jim and Bob's ,I've never needed a tow from them but I trust them for repairs.

I got in to a car accident on the 27 of November (Day before thanksgiving) The police had my truck towed there. Why i dont know for that is not where i wanted it towed. We went past their shop on thanksgiving and for no apparent reason it was located in the impound lot, which made no sence to us. I called them on friday, Debbie, is the person i talked to and informed me that it was a holiday and that they were closed. She was really nasty to me and was really giving me a hard time. I was in the middle of moving as well and i was expected to be on her schedual to pick up my truck. My house keys that i had o return to my landlord were on the keys, i had to fight with her just to get those back. She finally gave me the price that i had to pay to get my truck out and it was a total of $204.00, or i could give her the title and be done with it. She also did not explain where these charges are coming from. There are 1,800, worth of new parts on my truck and thats why they want it so bad. I am still trying to figure out what to do about this. I know that tey are now charging impound fees and told my mother that that they impounded it but did not tell her why. The deputy that was at my accident has also tried calling this Debbie woman and she would not answer the phone or return his calls. I have heard that they are really shady people, they have proved that with me. I have probally lost my truck now and they will make lots of money on it. Thanks to the county police for towing it there in the first place, if they had not towed it there i would not be going through this mess. These people are rude and nasty, swindlers. I would NOT reccomend their services to anyone.

Blew the rear end out on RT.77 just off I90..at 12:30am..Shawn was dispatched, he was friendly, and got us home safe. Deb was willing to work with us on payment, Tom did a nice job and I would do business with this outfit again in the future. I am happy with the overall experience.
