The stainless flue line that was installed was not for an oil-fired furnace, which I have. Consequently the liner has failed and is full of holes made by the acid in the chimney smoke. They also ran the liner directly into the furnace instead of into a T-joint. I spent $1400 for this! I have called the company and was told that the owner would call me. He has not. Now when I call I get voice mail. They know who is calling and don't answer the phone. Don't deal with them if you can avoid it.

Jimneys Chimneys was refered to me by one of my neighbors when I found my chimney wasn't working properly. When I called Jimneys Chimneys office I was greeted personally on the phone by Jimmy (the Owner himself). He explained in great detail what he believed the problem could be. Not only did Jimmy answer all my questions, but his workers that came to my house were just as professional and knowlegable. I am very happy with the quality of their work, their prompt response, and their professionalism. I would highly refer this company to anybody that needs an honest, professional chimney company!
