Hung up on me when I asked to speak with the owner directly. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE. The dispatcher should not have a job. Cannot believe there are people looking for work and she is making a living.

When it snowed last week, they were very responsive and did not over charge. Very impressed and will refer to everyone I know.

This company recently extorted money from a friend of mine. He was illegally parked, but was at his car before the tow truck had even hooked him. The tow truck pulled up to the rear of his car and would not let him leave until he paid him $50. It was my understanding that if the car is not hooked, then they cannot make you pay. The driver was also very rude and used foul language. I would strongly suggest avoiding this company, and I will be filing a complaint with both them and the Better Business Bureau.

Great service at a reasonable rate.
