TERRIBLE! Staff is extremely rude, no communication skills with customers. They demanded for $200 cash after they quoted me $150 on the phone.. the pencil dick kept repeating how he was going to tow the vehicle back to the storage for $45 a day in addition to the $200 towling fee.

They towed my car from my own apartment parking lot. I had proof of residence and a parking permit but since it was not hanging from the mirror they charged me $200. They rip off kids living in college housing for a living.

This is this is the worst business in Oshkosh I was towed from my own apartment complex with no negotiation because I borrowed a friend's car that didn't have a sticker when I explained the situation they didn't care and still made me pay the outrageous $225 to have the car back

Disrespectful, low intelligence dirtbags. Yes, you tow vehicles for a living, but the people who work under this company have no ability to speak to their victims with respect. Their stone cold attitude and intimidation tactics makes this easily the most despicable business in Oshkosh. You will suffer large fees if caught in the web of these swindlers, who believe their time is actually worth $100/hr. They will charge special equipment fees, gate fees, excessive labor rates, and any other thing they can think of to rack up their bill. No negotiation, no kindness, no customer service.

I understand that their profession involves towing vehicles. I parked in a non-parking area and was towed. I accept that. What is unacceptable is charging me a "Gate Fee" of $40 when the customer behind me in line does not have to pay it. When asked the reason behind the difference in treatment, I was not given a straight answer. Customers are treated unequally in front of other customers. Extremely frustrating.

We get all our work done there. Honest, quality work, fair prices, won't try to sell you on unnecessary work or on things you can't afford. Always respond to my AAA calls quickly. Honors AAA and student discounts. Pete runs a good shop, and we were fortunate to have them recommended to us when we moved here 13 years ago.

It is 0 degrees with a wind chill of -20 and my car somehow overheated. Anyway, we called AAA and after being told it would be 10-30 mins away, we waited. And waited, and waited, etc. 2 hours passed until we finally got someone here. You'd think on a frigid snowy day like this one the towing companies would be more prepared to help people out, but I guess not.
